Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools like Asana or Trello, and sometimes a PMP certification are typically required. A typical week may involve client meetings, internal project planning sessions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, or logistics. Successfully managing these aspects not only leads to satisfied clients but also opens up opportunities for career growth into senior sales or project management roles.
