This role is responsible for growing sales through national distributor partners across North America. They find new business opportunities, manage sales campaigns, help distributors with training and quotes, expand product sales, and keep track of their sales pipeline in the CRM.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Grow sales of assigned product lines through national distributor accounts.
  • Find, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Research markets, competitors, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop sales campaigns to increase revenue and product sales.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasting, and activity tracking.
  • Work with distributor sales teams on cross-selling, upselling, and account growth.
  • Provide product training, presentations, quoting support, and technical assistance.
  • Resolve shipping, credit, and logistics issues that may affect customers.
  • Track and report sales results, pipeline activity, and account performance.
  • Forecast sales and assist with regional budgets and planning.
  • Prepare sales, marketing, and performance reports.
  • Present products to customers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Identify new markets, sales opportunities, and potential business partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, technology, competitor activity, and pricing.
Job Requirements What Youโ€™ll Bring:
  • Demonstrated experience developing new business opportunities, including working with distributor channels.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies and account plans to support business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Experience using CRM and sales pipeline management systems for forecasting, reporting, and tracking sales activities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to provide distributor training and communicate product and service value.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 25-40% of the time
