Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Director to join our leadership team at Cibola Vista in Peoria, Arizona. This role is critical in driving revenue performance, developing top sales talent, and ensuring operational excellence across our sales organization.
The Senior Sales Director will partner closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic sales initiatives, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve aggressive revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer experience.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Director, you will:
  • Drive Revenue & Performance
    • Lead the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and profitability targets
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Oversee sales performance metrics and maintain company minimum production standards
  • Lead, Inspire, and Develop Talent
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Set clear, measurable goals and coach team members to achieve them
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and career development planning
    • Motivate and mentor leaders and sales representatives to deliver exceptional results
