Job Description Internship Responsibilities: Intern responsibilities will vary based on functional placement, but typical responsibilities include: Deliver a high-impact project that advances innovation, operational effectiveness, or business performance. Translate business, technology, and customer insights into actionable recommendations. Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings Qualifications: Currently pursuing an MBA degree 3+ years of professional business experience with Information Technology, AI, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
