Message from the Hiring Manager: This critical role will serve as the primary point of contact for sales representative requests while implementing updates and maintaining Salesforce for the organization. This role will analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities while streamlining Salesforce operations and responding to ad hoc requests from the Sales Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in Salesforce
• Track and report on sales commission, SPIFFs, and incentive effectiveness
• Calculate quarterly and annual commissions
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and recommend usability and automation improvements
• Design and refine sales processes, territory structures, and quota frameworks
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and deliver executive-ready insights
• Drive operational improvements for speed-to-insight and efficiency
• Leverage AI tools as a collaborative partner to accelerate analysis and reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis role such as sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics
• Salesforce and Oracle Fusion experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to analyze sales trends and document key drivers
• Strong Excel modeling skills and experience in Salesforce CRM
• Skill in designing and refining sales processes, territory structures, and quota frameworks
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate Excel/Python/SQL
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
