Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics to support decision-making
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the Sales Account Manager
  • Assist in forecasting demand and identifying risks/opportunities
  • Support short- and long-term business forecasting
  • Help prepare for line reviews and strategic planning meetings
  • Manage new item setup and ensure accuracy across systems
  • Maintain product data and ensure alignment with Walmart requirements
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Walmart shipping and operational standards
  • Conduct compliance testing and resolve issues proactively
  • Oversee order flow from placement through fulfillment
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
  • Review, research, and resolve deductions and chargebacks when needed
  • Identify root causes and implement preventative measures
  • Perform regular local store visits to assess shelf conditions, inventory levels, and execution
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on store observations
  • Prepare materials and analysis for line reviews
  • Support modular reset planning and execution
