Job Description

RMS USA is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic sales team in North Andover, MA. This role is responsible for managing key retail partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading sales initiatives across multiple product categories. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding RMS’s presence in the marketplace while working closely with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners and buyers across multiple categories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of RMS products across existing and new accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates to leadership.
  • Mentor and support Associate Sales Managers and junior sales team members.
  • Represent RMS at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within consumer products, toys, or retail.
  • Demonstrated success managing retail accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~60% of the time which will vary based on client needs).
