Position Title: Sales Manager

Location: Rock Hill, SC

Sector: Corrugated Packaging / Agriculture

Role Summary

The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing

product mix, and overseeing the strategic sales initiatives of our Rock Hill, SC facility. You

will lead a multidisciplinary team-spanning sales and operations-to ensure maximum

profitability and superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual sales forecasts and long-term growth

initiatives to meet sales and EBITDA targets.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and integrate the sales and operations for efficient and profitable results.
  • Financial Performance: Utilize P&L insights and estimating expertise to determine product profitability and optimize production capabilities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive factors to proactively implement a strong sales and operations program.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching to improve professional skills and drive results.
  • Account Management: Maintain executive-level relationships with major accounts, particularly within the agricultural sector, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Administrative Integrity: Oversee credit controls, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage departmental documentation.
