As a leading provider of construction equipment in CNY, we are looking to expand and grow into the Western New York (WNY) market. A young, open-minded, energetic management team that wants to conquer the world. Come join a winning team and reap the financial rewards that come with it as we expand.


Do you reside, or have you worked in the construction field in Cayuga, Tompkins, Wayne, Seneca, Yates, or Ontario County? This could be the role for you. We are looking for a candidate who lives within the territory and has knowledge of the area.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

The Territory Sales Leader will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day rental sales operations.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.


This is a perfect blend of hunting and farming- with an emphasis on hunting.

Repeatable, business-to-business sales, with heavy commission rewards for growing/expanding the business. Commission percentage accelerates as you hit targets- no commission caps. We want you to win, and we will create a cross promotional marketing campaign to be featured in the territory to help you do so.


We will give you a path to success! If you accomplish our daily & weekly activities, you will succeed.


Qualifications:
  • If you need to be tightly managed, this job is not for you.

  • Will we micromanage? No way. If you need to be micromanaged, go somewhere else.
  • Sales and Sales Operations skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be able to make friends with a rock, see around corners, and recognize problems on the horizon.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, but check in when needed.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment or construction equipment industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Valid driver's license.
