What You'll Do

  • Help recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, close rates, average ticket, revenue goals, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify coaching opportunities through call reviews, field observations, and reporting.
  • Partner with department leaders to improve the customer journey from initial contact through project completion.
  • Develop ongoing sales training focused on communication, product knowledge, customer education, and ethical selling.
  • Ensure all sales processes and standards are consistently followed.
  • Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team environment.
  • Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve performance and profitability.
  • Lead regular sales meetings, celebrate wins, and recognize individual and team achievements.

  • Proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for helping others grow.
  • Experience managing performance through KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships across departments and inspire a culture of accountability.
  • Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
  • A servant leader who leads by example and aligns with Jolly's values.

Why Join Jolly?
