The Plaza Assisted Living is searching for a Sales Manager!

Full Time

Starting salary is $60,000 annual with an Incentive Bonus Plan and is negotiable based on prior relevant experience.

Do you enjoy coming to work every day and helping others? As a Sales Manager, you will build community networks, build relationships, and pursue opportunities. You will be responsible for leading our efforts in increasing community occupancy by conducting consistent outreach, evaluating prospective residents needs and asks, completing follow up based on those needs and inquiries, and conducting tours for prospective residents, families and loved ones. We are searching for someone with a passion to help our cherished elders live their best quality of life.

The ideal candidate will be interpersonal and have strong communication skills, possess a strong sales background and have a strong acumen for strategic planning. Lead candidates should be comfortable in multitasking and are able to meet assigned goals; building and maintaining client relationships, tracking and monitoring metrics, meeting and exceeding census goals as assigned, understands and keeps up-to date with sales calls, and provides timely follow-ups, feedback and support as appropriate.
