Role Description The Sales Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Woburn, MA, designed to prepare team members for future leadership positions in sales and branch operations. In this role, the trainee supports day-to-day sales activities, including assisting customers, branch deliveries, processing orders, and learning product lines across plumbing, heating, cooling, and related categories.
