What does a sales key account manager do?

A Sales Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with a company's most important clients, known as key accounts. They act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities to increase sales. Their role often involves negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and developing long-term strategies to maximize account value.
