General Description
The Consulting Services division of RubinBrown LLP provides strategic guidance to clients across many industries and business units. This division helps businesses improve processes, comply with regulations, strengthen information technology support, perform complex data analytics, consult on ERP implementations, investigate potential fraud, support M&A activities, and perform valuation of businesses or transactions, along with performing industry-focused consulting such as gaming and healthcare. An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Intern will perform work in the following areas:
  • Consulting engagements to assist clients in technology planning, selection of software/vendors, implementation of selected software, and navigating corporate changes like business expansion, mergers, or acquisitions.

A Business Process Improvement (BPI) Intern will perform work in the following areas:

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills
  • Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting

  • Coursework or minor Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Management, Consulting, and/or Supply Chain Management a plus.
  • Ability and desire to travel domestically to client sites, including consecutive weeknights

Working Conditions
  • This is an in-person/hybrid position, which will include work at our office, clients' offices in the local market, and domestic travel to clients' offices.
  • The typical schedule is 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship. Reduced hours are arranged on a case-by-case basis.
  • Typical business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with a commitment to flexibility and work-life balance. The working schedule for this position will be discussed and finalized with candidates upon successful hiring.
  • Must be able to travel for up to 4 consecutive nights.
