Responsibilities include:
As a Buyer intern for Hasana, Inc., you will be shadowing the sales and marketing team in addition to helping with specific responsibilities. Must be able to work on location.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist Sales Director with mailings, organization of client books, prospecting
ย ย ย  Assist with showroom appointments and tradeshows
ย ย ย  Researching targeted retailers to carry our brands as well as working with existing clients to get reorders
ย ย ย  In-house Sales Associate
ย ย ย  Researching fashion trends through internet, magazine and other media outlets
ย ย ย  Filing, scanning, and organizing sales orders and receipts
ย ย ย  Sample pulls for press
ย ย ย  Assisting Sales Director in selling appointments
ย ย ย  Assisting Sales Director with researching new selling opportunities
ย ย ย  Assist with production and design related duties
ย ย ย  Pulls selling reports
ย ย ย  Keys in related selling and generates a related selling report
ย ย ย  General admin duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable reaching out to clients by phone and email
ย ย ย  Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:
A passion for women's economic opportunities
ย ย ย  Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree
ย ย ย  Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months or a bachelors degree
ย ย ย  Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
ย ย ย  Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other groups as necessary both internally and externally
ย ย ย  Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
ย ย ย  Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
