  • Pay: $20 - $23 per hour
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends

Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented individual to join our team. This position is integral to ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay and events. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, coordinating group bookings, and providing administrative support to the sales team. While customer service and hotel experience are beneficial, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all inquiries within a 21-day window, handling bookings for under 20 guest rooms per night.
  • Optimize room rental charges to maximize revenue.
  • Field inquiries and direct calls to Sales Managers, providing basic information about the hotel.
  • Handle rooming lists, reservation requests, and changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage group room blocks, including blocking rooms per client requests, setting up group routing, and monitoring pick-up numbers.
  • Load corporate negotiated rates into the system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and distribute group welcome letters, VIP requests, and wedding amenities in coordination with other departments.
  • Create and manage group codes, booking links, and promotional materials for sales events.
  • Process Hilton Honor points for Sales Managers and update STR Segmentation on the STR Website.
  • Assist with site inspections, client presentations, and special hotel events such as Breakfast with Santa or NYE Celebrations.
  • Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, and training sessions as required.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned to support the sales team and hotel operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience in the cannabis industry.
  • Ability to adapt to a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Eagerness to learn about new products and continuously improve processes.
