Job description

The Account Director will execute the end-to-end sales process directly with Sponsors and via CROs. S/he should demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of key accounts and the ability to meet company goals and strategic objectives by developing and executing account plans. Remote, full-time work. Annual salary range: $145,000 to $165,000 + Commission.
Responsibilities
  • Meet/exceed all sales goals and AiCure strategic objectives
  • Identify/develop strategic objectives and executable account plans for key accounts
  • Orchestrate internal/external partners to achieve sales and strategic objectives for key accounts
  • Develop and achieve MBOs that lend to the achievement of sales goals and strategic objectives
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to key accounts
  • Collaborates effectively with internal and external partners to achieve objectives
  • Proactively and effectively communicates key business objectives and concepts up and laterally throughout the organization
  • Maintains an accurate pipeline within company records
  • Reframes and challenges the way clients view clinical trials in the context of AiCure solutions
  • Articulates AiCure's value proposition in a highly proficient manner
  • Possesses deep knowledge of client business and demonstrate the ability to discuss issues from multiple angles
  • Understands implications of economic and industry activity, translating implications to clients and how AiCure can assist with potential opportunities
  • Identifies areas for strategic growth and expansion
  • Possesses awareness of competitor offerings/pricing
  • Qualifies leads and develop plans to successfully convert opportunities to awards
  • Manages all aspects of advancing qualified leads to booked business
  • Coordinates with other AiCure personnel involved in closing the opportunity including Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance

Job Qualifications
Education & Training
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales in Pharma and/or Biotech (MSL background in Sales preferred)
