Overview: Join Gans & Smith Insurance Agency as an Insurance Sales Executive, where you will manage, build, and grow client relationships across commercial, personal, and life & health insurance lines, while driving new business growth.

Responsibilities:

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-up, timely quotations, and comprehensive account support

·        Network and strategize to attract new clients and business opportunities

·        Track and report key metrics to meet sales targets and ensuring accurate and timely documentation

·        Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings as needed

·        Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations

Qualifications: The company is willing to train the right candidate and previous insurance experience is not required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is prefered
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales
