Job description

We're looking for a GTM Enablement Manager, Sales Activation Programs to join Procore's GTM Enablement team. In this role, you'll drive day-to-day execution for our global Sales Plays program and support other Sales Activation initiatives as strategically determined necessary by the business. You'll also own the KPI and reporting framework across the programs that you support. Construction shapes nearly every community in the world, and the programs you help run here directly determine how effectively our revenue teams bring that impact to the field.

As a Sales Activation Program Manager, you'll partner with Enablement Business Partners, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Enablement to translate strategy into coordinated, field-ready execution. Use your program management, GTM enablement strategy, and relationship-building skills to build ai-enhanced systems that grow with us as our sales organization scales. This position reports into the Sr. Manager of Strategic Sales Activation and is based out of our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.


 

What you’ll do: 

  • Drive the day-to-day execution of our Sales Plays program, supporting consistency and adoption in partnership with Enablement Business Partners, Marketing, and Product Enablement.

  • Support execution of other Sales Activation initiatives as strategically determined necessary by the business.

  • Build and own the KPI and reporting framework that tracks adoption, engagement, and business impact across every program you support.

  • Build strong working relationships with RevOps, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Enablement Business Partners to keep program execution aligned across teams.

  • Help activate sales methodology in the field as needed, executing on materials and rollout plans.

  • Maintain playbooks and enablement content so sellers always have access to accurate, up-to-date resources, and partner with leadership to streamline program operations through automation and new technology.

  • Consistently gather feedback from the field and translate it into ongoing program improvements.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or revenue operations, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining reports in Gong and Salesforce; experience with Tableau and Snowflake are a plus.

  • Genuine drive to build advanced skills and hone your craft to continue to grow.

  • Comfort supporting and partnering on programs, alongside sales, sales leadership, marketing, product enablement, and RevOps stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a high level of accountability and a strategic approach to driving impact.

  • A go-getter mindset with a strong personal drive to learn, build, and take on more responsibility over time.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to shift between programs and ad hoc initiatives as business priorities change.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD Annual
