Delta Dental of Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth and expand Delta Dental of Wisconsin's presence within an assigned territory through strategic producer development, agency engagement, and direct sales activities. The Senior Sales Executive serves as a market expert, trusted consultant, and growth leader who proactively identifies opportunities, develops relationships, and executes sales strategies that result in sustainable growth.

The Senior Sales Executive must reside within the assigned territory to build strong relationships and effectively support producers, customers, and strategic partners. This full-time hybrid position is based out of our Milwaukee or Madison office.

What You'll do:
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales goals, production targets, and territory growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan that identifies opportunities for growth and increased market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, agencies, consultants, and community partners while continually expanding Delta Dental's presence within the territory.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and producer dynamics to effectively position Delta Dental solutions.
  • Identify creative solutions to challenges and proactively remove barriers to winning new business.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales process including prospecting, pipeline management, proposal follow-up, and accurate documentation within CRM systems.
  • Deliver producer education, sales training, and presentations that enhance producer knowledge and increase sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with underwriting, account management, and internal business partners to ensure a positive customer experience and successful implementation of new business.
  • Represent Delta Dental at industry events, trade associations, and community organizations to strengthen brand awareness and market relationships.
