Description:

Summary: The Sales Internship Program is a 12-week summer experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to professional sales processes, customer engagement, and business operations. This internship offers an opportunity for students pursuing careers in sales, business, marketing, or related fields to develop practical skills while working alongside experienced sales professionals.


As a Sales Intern, you will support key sales initiatives, gain exposure to customer relationship management, sales strategy, product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration, and participate in meaningful projects that contribute to business objectives. Interns will also have opportunities to work with teams across the organization, including marketing, product management, engineering, finance, and operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in supporting current and prospective customers.
  • Participate in customer outreach activities, including phone, email, and CRM-based communications.
  • Prepare sales presentations, reports, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Support sales process improvement initiatives and data analysis projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product offerings and customer needs.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team projects.
  • Gain exposure to sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management activities.
