Department OverviewThe Sales Development Representative is responsible for following up on leads and building pipeline for sellers across all of Motorola's North American Government Sales organization. We represent all of Motorola Solution's products and endeavor to help our customers in their quest of "Solving for Safer" by using our end-to-end suite of safety products.
Job Description

The Sales Development Representative is a key contributor in a rapid growth company while representing a product suite that makes an impact on people's lives. Motorola Solutions is a global leader in public safety and enterprise security. Join our team and help us continue to grow!

Responsibilities include:

  • Run call cadences (with support of an automated dialer) to educate our future customers on the value our solutions bring and drive interest in an initial conversation.

  • Ask smart, targeted questions to build rapport with our prospects and identify opportunities.

  • Focus on targeted outbound list.

  • Collaborate with seasoned sales professionals within a territory you support to find, develop and build key stakeholder interest, and crystalize the needs of the organization across multiple customer profiles and buyer groups.

  • Re-engage lapsed and long-term leads as we introduce new product features with a focus on bringing them back into the funnel.

  • Record prospect interactions and update records within our CRM.

  • Ability to articulate value propositions via phone, video, email, and other various social networking platforms.

  • Detail oriented, take exceptional meeting/activity notes, and effective in task and time management.

  • Highly motivated, passionate, and results driven.

Target Base Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,000 USD
