Job description

Buyers Edge Platform Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are responsible for the full cycle sale of Manufacturers Appreciation Program and the facilitation of qualified meetings for brand experts. Each SDR will meet the standard daily minimum requirement of 50 dials & 60 minutes of talk time. SDRs will maintain a strong pipeline of interested prospects and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.  

This position is based out of our Waltham, MA office. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

  • Average at least 50 dials & 60 minutes of talk-time daily
  • Close MAP business and facilitate qualified meetings for brand experts
  • Basic resistance and objection handling
  • Apply coaching and feedback from leadership to continually improve sales acumen
  • Leverage GONG as a self-improvement tool 
  • Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with peers
  • Punctuality: Show up on time and ready to rock 
  • Use Salesforce to track sales process and strategic follow-up with prospects
  • Perform digital portal walk-throughs for new and existing BEPL members
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of BEPL
  • Always conduct oneself professionally

About You:

  • 1-2 years equivalent inside sales experience in a quota bearing, outbound sales role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High functioning interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of web based platforms and Microsoft Suite
