Job description

Why We Need You
The Mission
At Medisolv, we're transforming how healthcare organizations measure and improve quality. Our all-in-one quality management platform helps hospitals, health systems, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), payers, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations simplify regulatory reporting, improve clinical performance, and deliver better patient outcomes.
Today, more than 1,800 hospitals and 15,000 providers trust Medisolv to manage over 500 quality measures across CMS programs, commercial payers, accreditation organizations, and state agencies. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, we're continuing to expand our technology, our markets, and our team.
We are looking for someone who can spearhead growth and lead the organization's hospital and health system sales team by identifying, qualifying and engaging prospects for Medisolv's solutions.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first connection between prospective customers and Medisolv.
You'll identify organizations that could benefit from our solutions, engage healthcare leaders in meaningful conversations, and qualify opportunities that ultimately become new business. You'll work alongside Marketing and Account Executives to generate pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts while helping organizations navigate an increasingly complex healthcare quality landscape to drive company growth.
This role supports multiple markets, including hospitals and health systems, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), physician groups, health plans and payers, and emerging healthcare organizations, giving you exposure to a wide range of healthcare buyers and sales opportunities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, learning about healthcare technology, and developing a career in B2B SaaS sales.
What You'll Do
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities that fuel Medisolv's continued growth.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
โ€ข Research prospective hospitals, health systems, ACOs, physician groups, payers, and healthcare organizations to identify new business opportunities.
โ€ข Execute outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
โ€ข Respond quickly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, content downloads, and website inquiries.
โ€ข Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges, quality reporting needs, current technology, and buying readiness.
โ€ข Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
โ€ข Collaborate closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, nurture leads, and provide feedback on lead quality and messaging.
โ€ข Maintain accurate records, activities, and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM.
โ€ข Continuously build expertise in healthcare quality reporting, CMS programs, Medisolv products, and industry trends.
โ€ข Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals.
โ€ข Represent Medisolv professionally during virtual events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
What You'll Accomplish
Your Performance Objectives
First 30 days
You will onboard and get to know the people, products and departments that make Medisolv run.
โ€ข Complete onboarding and product training.
โ€ข Learn Medisolv's products, services, target markets, and value proposition.
โ€ข Become proficient with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools.
โ€ข Understand healthcare quality reporting programs and customer personas.
โ€ข Shadow sales calls and prospecting activities.
First 3 months
โ€ข Independently execute outbound prospecting campaigns.
โ€ข Qualify inbound leads with confidence.
โ€ข Consistently schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
First 6 months
โ€ข Develop targeted outreach plans for assigned accounts.
โ€ข Meet or exceed activity and qualified meeting goals.
โ€ข Build a healthy pipeline of new opportunities.
โ€ข Become a trusted partner to the sales and marketing teams.
โ€ข Demonstrate confidence discussing Medisolv's solutions and value proposition.
First 12 months
โ€ข Consistently generate qualified opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
โ€ข Establish yourself as a high-performing SDR with opportunities for career advancement within the sales organization.
Who We're Looking For
The Personal Competencies That Matter
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, competitive, and motivated by helping customers solve meaningful problems.
You may be a great fit if you:
โ€ข Enjoy talking with people and building relationships.
โ€ข Are comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
โ€ข Love learning new technology and industries.
โ€ข Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively.
โ€ข Are coachable and eager to continuously improve.
โ€ข Work well independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
โ€ข Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Bring energy, persistence, and resilience to every day.
Experience with HubSpot, sales engagement tools, or healthcare technology is a plus but not required.
This is a remote position with occasional travel for internal & customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and company events.
