Internship | Hands-On Career Development

GTR is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to work alongside our Sales Manager and leadership team. This internship provides hands-on experience in business development, sales, recruiting, and client relationship management within the staffing industry. You'll gain real-world experience supporting day-to-day business operations while developing valuable professional skills.


Responsibilities

  • Learn recruiting and staffing industry best practices
  • Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records
  • Research prospective clients and key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
  • Support lead generation and business development initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings and follow-up activities
  • Participate in client visits and sales meetings when applicable
  • Assist with client communication and relationship management
  • Support marketing initiatives and special projects


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
