What Will You Do?
As a Sales Development Representative at RJ Young, you'll be the driving force behind uncovering new opportunities and helping businesses modernize the way they work. In this role, you will:
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling.
  • Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business.
  • Execute and refine RJ Young's proven five-step sales process.
  • Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing training on products and industry trends.

Technology You'll Represent
You'll gain expertise and educate clients across five key solution areas:
  • Copiers & Multifunction Printers (MFPs): Advanced print/scan technology for productivity
  • Managed Print Services (MPS): Cost reduction, security, and workflow efficiency
  • Wide Format Printers: Solutions for signage, architecture, and engineering needs
  • High-Volume Print Systems: Production-grade print for large-scale demands
  • Software & Professional Services: Cloud solutions, IT support, workflow automation, and document management
