Wage Range: $6,250 to $7,084 per month (Salary, not including year-end performance bonus)
Full-Time Salaried Exempt Employee

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electronics, Microbiology, or a related field (required)
  • Experience: 5+ years of industrial sales management & supervisory experience (required)
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (air travel) up to 25% (required)
  • Must have a good driving record (required)
  • Must have good credit to pay for travel expenses prior to reimbursement (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Web development experience a plus (HTML, PHP, etc.)
  • U.S. work authorization (required)
  • Bilingual, Spanish, German, or French (a plus)

JOB DUTIES

  • Manage and oversee international distributors and domestic sales representatives
  • Manage a staff of approximately 10 inside sales employees
  • 25% Domestic and international travel (air travel) - trade shows, conferences, joint sales calls, rep training, etc.
  • Domestic sales calls (face-to-face) with key customer accounts, new prospective accounts, and Manufacturer's Representatives
  • Conduct effective MS PowerPoint sales & informational presentations
  • Establish goals and objectives, and maintain the Strategic Marketing Plan
  • Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
  • Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to type and work efficiently on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time
  • Air travel and the ability to rent a car
