  • Leads product planning and roadmap prioritization for Contracting, balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.
  • Addresses organizational, technical, and capability barriers that impact product delivery, adoption, and realization of value.

  • Owns endtoend product execution, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, release planning, and postlaunch optimization.
  • Translates complex clinical, financial, and operational requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Leads key product and delivery checkpoints, proactively managing dependencies, risks, scope tradeoffs, and escalations.
  • Reviews development work for quality, completeness, and alignment with product requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Facilitates effective defect triage and resolution to maintain product quality and customer confidence.

  • Leads product launch support activities, including customer demos, trade shows, sales enablement, and earlyadopter feedback loops, serving as the Contracting subjectmatter expert.
  • Monitors product performance, customer feedback, and usage data to inform continuous improvement and roadmap decisions.

Preferred Experience / Domain Knowledge

  • Experience owning or supporting product launches for enterprise SaaS products, including launch readiness, early customer adoption, and postlaunch iteration.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations and contracting workflows, including sponsor finance, site contracts, investigator fees, or grants management.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms in regulated industries, including considerations for compliance, security, scalability, and upgradeability.

  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business and financial problems into structured, executable technology improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decisionmaking, and influencing skills in a customer based setting.
