Signaturenrgy, a leading company in the energy sector, is excited to announce a job opening for a Sales Canvasser. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about transitioning communities to renewable energy solutions and contributing to environmental sustainability. The Sales Canvasser role is a contract/temporary position that offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with customers and communities. Please note, this job is not a remote opportunity, requiring in-person interactions to effectively reach and educate potential clients about our renewable energy offerings.

The selected candidate will join a dedicated team focused on decreasing carbon footprints via innovative energy products. This role requires enthusiasm, persistence, and excellent interpersonal skills, as it involves direct communication with prospective customers. Being a field-based position, the Sales Canvasser will play a crucial role in the expansion of our market presence by reaching out to potential customers in various neighborhoods.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Canvass neighborhoods as assigned to introduce renewable energy solutions and products to potential new customers.
  • Engage with residents to educate them on the benefits of switching from traditional power sources to more sustainable options.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of renewable energy solutions to help customers understand the impact of their choices on the environment.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to enhance future outreach strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the energy sector and market trends to provide accurate information to the public.
  • Document interactions, interest levels, and follow-up requirements promptly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly canvassing targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Requirements
