The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven B2B Sales Business Development Representative with enthusiasm for service to sell regular scheduled facility cleaning, carpet and hard surface flooring maintenance, and other cleaning projects needed by our customers. Our customers range across multiple industries including; office buildings, medical facilities, industrial facilities, warehouses, government entities, and property management groups, creates significant opportunities to develop new business and expand customer relationships.

$55,000 - $65,000 base salary provided is designed to provide consistent income while also rewarding hard work and success with no commission cap.

 Your Role:
As our B2B Sales Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face of ServiceMaster Clean responsible for:
 
 
Generating New Business: Identify potential customers with company-provided facility and prospect lists, RFP opportunities, customer referrals, internet inquiries, and other qualified lead sources.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
  • Developing Customized Solutions: Work with clients to understand their cleaning needs and offer tailored service packages.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently achieve established sales activities, drive new business and revenue goals while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Partner with operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service and enhance customer experience.
Existing Customers: deepening relationships with current customers meet shifting and developing needs.
·         Maintain existing relationships: Engage facility representative to invite feedback ensuring consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
·         Identify additional service lines: identify services not currently provided that would add increased value and increase overall cleanliness of facilities.
·         Follow up on customer referrals

What You Bring:
 

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in a B2B sales preferred, ideally in commercial services, facilities/property management, or another related service industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients, present solutions, and build trust.
  • Planning and Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies to grow the business.
  • Self-Motivation & Drive: Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and Sales Management software.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to travel within the territory.
