Sales Associate Trainees are entry-level employees who are learning the skills needed to become successful sales associates. They typically undergo training programs that teach them about the company's products, customer service techniques, sales procedures, and store operations. During this period, trainees often work closely with experienced sales staff and managers to gain practical experience on the sales floor. These skills are crucial for building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and contributing to a positive store environment.
