Monson Savings Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate/Teller for our Hampden Branch.

Teller position works a variable schedule, approx. 37.5 hours weekly hours, Monday-Saturday. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

The CSA role is responsible for performing a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing customers deposits, withdrawals, payments, the sale of money orders and bank checks, and related administrative duties. Understands and maintains the Banks standards for service, customer satisfaction and relationship building. Sells and cross-sells Bank products and services.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
