Job description

Monson Savings Bank is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate/Teller for our Ware Branch.
Join our growing and dynamic team! We are a successful community bank dedicated to our customers, associates and communities.
Teller position works a variable schedule, Monday-Saturday, averaging 25-27 hours weekly. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.
The CSA role is responsible for performing a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing customers deposits, withdrawals, payments, the sale of money orders and bank checks, and related administrative duties. Understands and maintains the Banks standards for service, customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and math aptitude required. Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess ability to operate a computer and to learn, retain and follow complex regulatory and security requirements. Must be reliable and dependable.
