  • Greet and assist visitors, delivering an engaging and professional first impression.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, appointment coordination, and customer communication.
  • Manage office organization and maintain cleanliness within sales and model centers.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Prepare refreshment areas and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Facilitate scheduling of repairs and maintenance with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with generating and tracking sales and traffic reports.
  • Conduct basic community overviews when sales staff are unavailable.
  • Handle phone inquiries with polished, professional etiquette.
  • Ensure supplies, brochures, and collateral are well stocked and organized.
  • Audit purchase & sales agreements and Group A options once prepared by NHSP.
  • Claim sales in the SalesXpress database once all contract items are completed by NHSP.
  • Process internal documents upon completion of contract audit.
  • Update contract addenda throughout contract to close process.
  • Audit and process inventory home and Group B options paperwork.
  • Assist in tracking sales reports, realtor sales and Change in Latitude Getaway sales.
  • Other duties within the scope as assigned by management.
