Position Summary: The TYM North America Assistant Manager, Parts Sales & CSR will support the TYM North America, Inc. dealership network by offering guidance regarding parts sales programs and ensuring customer response is professional and efficient. The Assistant Manager, Parts & CSR will work to resolve issues pertaining to parts orders and ensuring customer satisfaction with TYM’s products and services.  The Assistant Manager, Parts Sales & CSR, will oversee the daily customer service team interactions with the dealership network, updating dealerships regarding order statuses. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the TYM North America sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Parts Sales: Provide dealer support with respect to parts marketing inquiries, sales order and return related issues, damage and shortage claims, invoicing inquires, allocation/shipment of products, product availability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales and order process to increase operating efficiencies while improving customer service and overall dealer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:   Advise Customers/Dealers on the best options for their needs.  Work closely with dealership network to provide details regarding parts programs and events related to parts happening at the dealership level.
  • Sales Collateral Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation tailored to the needs of TYM dealers.  Capture feedback from dealers and develop insightful, concise management summary reports. Monitor dealer trends and sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, to address dealer requirements, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes.

  Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in sales support, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team, provide training, and ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and WMS software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to company events and visit with Dealers.
