NXA USA is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Apparel Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to support the NXA USA Apparel Division with product preparation, live sales execution, styling, and social media content. The Apparel Sales Assistant (Part-Time) will play a hands-on role in all aspects of apparel operations — from steaming and styling to going live on social platforms and creating content that drives real sales. Evening and weekend availability is required to support live selling events.

Responsibilities

  • Steam, press, and organize apparel items prior to product launches and live sales events; inspect each item to ensure it is defect-free and presentation-ready.
  • Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory in an organized manner that supports efficient retrieval during live events.
  • Assist with outfit styling and product layout for live events, photoshoots, and social media content, selecting complementary pieces that align with the NXA brand aesthetic.
  • Proactively suggest styling ideas and stay current on apparel trends to help elevate the visual presentation of products.
  • Participate in evening and weekend live selling sessions on social commerce platforms, supporting the host with product hand-offs, transitions, size call-outs, and on-camera assistance.
  • Engage with viewers and customers in a professional, brand-consistent manner during live events to help drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Assist with behind-the-scenes content creation including photography, short-form video, and social media asset preparation.
  • Help organize, label, and schedule content for posting as directed by the supervisor; contribute creative ideas during content planning discussions.
  • Maintain an organized apparel inventory system by tracking stock levels and flagging low inventory to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Adapt availability and responsibilities to meet seasonal scheduling demands (up to 20 hours/week).
  • Take initiative in identifying workflow improvements and submit recommendations to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a professional, brand-consistent appearance and demeanor during all events and content creation.
  • Bring positive energy and confidence to live sales events to help create an engaging shopping experience. 
  • Support the execution of consistent, high-quality live sales events that drive revenue within the NXA USA Apparel Division. 
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site support for trade shows, pop-up shops, and promotional events as needed. 
  • Represent the NXA USA Apparel Division in a professional, brand-consistent manner during in-person events. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in fashion, apparel, and social commerce; prior experience in retail, styling, or live selling is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable on camera and able to engage with an online audience in a natural, energetic way
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, event-driven environment 
  • Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older; students enrolled in an apparel-related program are encouraged to apply
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed 
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram; familiarity with live selling platforms is a plus 
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts to support live selling events; schedule varies by season
