Goldfish Swim School is hiring Sales & Service Associates to support our mission of teaching life-saving water safety skills while delivering a GOLDEN experience for families. This role is ideal for friendly, organized, and reliable candidates who enjoy working with people and are seeking opportunities to grow within a mission-driven team.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Hours Required: Minimum of 2 shifts/week (Avg. shift length: 5 hrs/day)

What You'll Do 
  • Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text
  • Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options
  • Complete registration, billing tasks, and daily reports accurately
  • Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations
  • Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Strong communication, organization, customer service skills and reliability
  • Must be comfortable working with computers and web-based systems
  • Able to learn new technology quickly and navigate Google Workspace platforms
  • Sales, customer service, childcare or hospitality experience preferred
  • Swim Instructor training and Lifeguard certification required as part of the role
Training & Growth
  • Paid training provided
  • Lifeguard certification is required while employed
    • Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment
    • You are paid for training time
