Sales & Marketing Assistant

Location: Niles, MI
Schedule: Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday

Do you enjoy creating marketing content, building client relationships, and supporting a growing sales team? We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to partner with our Business Development Manager by creating marketing materials, coordinating client communications, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create digital marketing ads and social media content using information provided by the sales team.
  • Prepare marketing packets, presentations, and promotional materials for client meetings and visits.
  • Assist with sales support activities, including updating reports and maintaining client information.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and make friendly reminder calls regarding past-due invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support special marketing projects and business development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
