About the Role
Soccer Shots is looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience growing a real business while making an impact in the community.
This hybrid role combines marketing, sales, community outreach, and on-field coaching. You’ll help generate leads, promote our programs, build community partnerships, and track marketing results—while also coaching 5–12 soccer sessions per week with children ages 18 months–10 years.
It’s a great fit for a business or marketing student who wants to build practical skills while working in an active, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Marketing
  • Support marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional content.
  • Engage with prospective customers and follow up on leads and inquiries.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Help develop community partnerships and participate in local events.
  • Track campaign and lead-generation results and assist with reporting.
  • Bring new ideas to the team and help turn them into action.
Coaching
  • Coach 5–12 soccer sessions per week and substitute as needed.
  • Lead fun, structured, and engaging sessions for young children.
  • Create a safe, positive, high-energy experience for children and families.
