JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage accounts in tandem with high volume sales representatives. In this role, you will interface as an account manager with customers to receive order requirements, assist with quoting, provide upsell suggestions, manage work in multiple plant locations, maintain accurate customer information, relay order instructions, and complete required client and sales reports.
To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met..
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Professional Client Facing Communicator
• Ensure Plants are meeting client requested due dates.
• Participate in Client Meetings (Manage Project Plans, Timelines)
• Participate in internal production and Dot team Meetings.
• Participate in pre and post launch planning, manufacturing difficulties and scheduling.
• Coordinate on client behalf with Business Automation and Dot teams
• Coordinate Production with Plants and Suppliers if needed
• Coordinate press check and print sheets samples for approval.
• Coordinate proofs with plants and the client.
• Participate in SOP meetings.
• Present new ideas.
• Maintain client supplied paper: Monthly Inventory reports
• Maintain pricing Grid
• Request Client Estimates amp; Prep Quotes for Client
• Receive orders art files and POs.
• Submit production orders and art files to CSR.
• Report inventory management requirements
• Address QA issues and implement new processes.
• Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with industry CRM software such as SalesForce.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
