We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrator to help keep our sales operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact by answering incoming sales calls and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes and order requests

  • Maintain customer delivery schedules and provide updates as needed
  • Coordinate with Purchasing to align vendor deliveries

  • Document and manage customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
  • Supply proof of delivery upon request
  • Monitor on-time delivery performance for key customers
  • Maintain organized customer records and drawing files
