What You'll Do
  • Assist sales representatives with downloading drawings, setting up new jobs, preparing rental quotes, keeping up with bid calendar and new job log, takeoffs, and jobsite submittals
  • Ensure all estimating documents are accurate (download plans and specifications, as well as printed plans)
  • Setup and maintain project files, drawings, and paperwork (quotes, purchase orders, receipts, invoices)
  • Ensure contract information is entered correctly into Salesforce
  • Enter all costs of material and labor, and SAC codes for FOB customers into the system
  • Review all pending estimates in Salesforce on a weekly basis with sales and leadership team
  • Assist in preparing reports for Sales Manager as requested. (Bid Schedule; Pending Estimates, pending jobs, contract approvals, construction start schedule)
  • Create SAP Purchase Requests for outside detailing costs and outside placer costs
  • Perform inventory duties with rebar and accessories
What You'll Need
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferred
  • Excellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning/organization and prioritizing
  • Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Familiarity with concrete accessories, couplers, WWF mesh is a plus
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • High School Diploma or GED required
