Scope: Responsible for all sales activities in an assigned Route. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts and obtain orders
  • Develop strong professional relationships with each account to ensure a high level of service and promote the goodwill of the company.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of products at key accounts, while rotating product to ensure we are maintaining fresh product in the account.
  • Manage out of code products in a prompt and timely manner to ensure the best experience for consumers.
  • Work with accounts to place orders, sell in new products, and seek opportunities for optimal selling positions, such as shelf locations and product displays.
  • Work with accounts to maximize points of distribution for all approved products.
  • Execute on promotions.
  • Assist at all chain store resets.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Manager.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
