Responsibilities

The division of Cardiovascular Radiology in Rochester, MN is seeking a board certified radiologist with subspecialty expertise in noninvasive cardiac and vascular imaging to join our growing team. The division is seeking a qualified candidate who desires an advanced clinical practice with opportunities for research and education.  Patient care is a priority in both an outpatient and inpatient environment.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a satisfying academic career.  Work areas include diagnostic subspecialty interpretation of  cardiac and vascular CT and MRI.  The candidate will also have opportunities to work in other divisions, in line with experience and interests, in the Department of Radiology.  The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care, and a strong interest in innovation, research, and education.
Mayo clinic has a large residency program and a significant infrastructure for innovation and research with existing interdisciplinary research groups and dedicated research scanners.
