  • Oversee clinical workflows to maximize efficiency, including capturing referrals and scheduling patient appointments to maintain a steady caseload.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior physical therapists in managing challenging clinical outcomes while addressing any outlier cases that may impact patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness as per State regulations and professional standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Move Right Therapy, your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic pain, and elderly patients seeking rehabilitation assistance. • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities, with a passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a home care or community-based setting is advantageous, providing insight into challenges unique to delivering care outside a traditional clinic.
  • Prior experience working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and data management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary in the range of **$120,000 to $130,000**, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental coverage, and retirement savings options.
