This role is based onsite within the home care setting, allowing therapists to engage directly with clients in the comfort of their homes. By eliminating the physical constraints of a clinical office setting, we ensure that our therapists can easily adapt therapy plans to fit the unique needs of each client. In this dynamic work environment, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and other allied health professionals, to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of patients, interpreting results to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team members to assess patient history and establish individualized therapy goals.
• Administer therapy interventions, integrating innovative techniques and approaches to optimize patient recovery, with a focus on early intervention and same-day evaluations.
• Oversee clinical workflows to maximize efficiency, including capturing referrals and scheduling patient appointments to maintain a steady caseload.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior physical therapists in managing challenging clinical outcomes while addressing any outlier cases that may impact patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness as per State regulations and professional standards.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Move Right Therapy, your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic pain, and elderly patients seeking rehabilitation assistance. • A current and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential for effective patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities, with a passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of care.

• Experience in a home care or community-based setting is advantageous, providing insight into challenges unique to delivering care outside a traditional clinic.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and data management.
