Position Overview

Active Balance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation facility located in Homestead, Florida. This full-time position, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is ideal for a motivated professional enthusiastic about patient care and rehabilitation. Our compensation package ranges between USD 90,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes comprehensive benefits.

You will primarily engage with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. By understanding the unique challenges faced by our diverse patient population, including varied age groups and mobility levels, you can effectively create tailored treatment strategies that foster recovery and rehabilitation. Delivering care with compassion and empathy is paramount, as you will be an important part of our patients' health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, although a Master's Degree is preferred for advanced techniques and methodologies.
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in rehabilitation settings, particularly focused on orthopedic therapies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
