UNIQLO is having a Job Fair on Thursday September 10th, 2026 in Calgary!
 
The Job Fair will take place between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.  We are looking for candidates for Permanent and Seasonal Full-Time and Part-Time Store Associates for the following stores:
  • UNIQLO CF Chinook
  • UNIQLO Cross Iron Mills
  • UNIQLO Market Mall 
 
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO REGISTERING :
  1. The interview time and location will be shared to qualified candidates after reviewing their submission. This information will be sent by email at least one day before the job fair. 
  2. Due to limited space in the waiting area, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the scheduled interview timeslot.

The Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.

Requirements: 
  • Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week. Part Time Store Associates must be able to consistently work 16-32 hours per week based on business needs. 
  • All store associates must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.  
  • Previous customer service experience preferred. 
  • Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities:         
  • Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision. 
  • Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements. 
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
  • Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
  • Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.  
  • Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
