Are you a sales leader with supervisory experience ready to take ownership of a growing sales department?
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership
  • Coach and guide Sales Representatives through an established sales process
  • Review and authorize customer purchase orders
  • Proofread customer proposals for accuracy before submission
  • Close sales and maintain current pricing knowledge

Required Skills
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platform
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent written, verbal, and mathematical skills
  • Conflict resolution and team leadership skills
  • Industry experience in wholesale industrial equipment or distribution preferred
