Job Overview:
Experienced Warehouse Operators are responsible for moving pallets, picking orders, and operating heavy machinery/ PIT equipment with precision including but not limited to Cherry picker, Electric Pallet Jack, Sit down forklift and Turret Truck
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate PIT equipment (Cherry picker & Sit- Down Forklift) to pick orders and put away items in assigned warehouse locations
  • Effectively use the RF scanner to accurately pick and put away merchandise
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of work environment

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assigned by supervisor/manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must have at least 2 years of solid cherry picker and turret truck experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs independently and up 80lbs with assistance
  • Extended periods of standing/walking
  • Ability to resolve pallet math and strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management system

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:
  • Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus.
