Job description

The RN who will be analyzing clinical data will also oversee the validation and reporting of all Core Measures, as well as other important reviews, including mortality, readmission, Leapfrog review, and first level peer review. He / she will also be responsible for review and analysis of information related to all Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Improvement (QI) activities of the organization. He / she will conduct appropriate quality and peer review activities and provide adequate data to use to show compliance to standards or need for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Current California Registered Nurse License in good standing required
2. HS Diploma required
3. Minimum 3 years acute care experience or like experience in an outpatient setting required
4. Core measure experience required
5. Coding knowledge required
6. Microsoft office suite skills preferred
