Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
  • Work with models such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model responses.
  • Build AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
  • Integrate LLMs with APIs, enterprise applications, and databases.
  • Implement document processing, text extraction, summarization, classification, and question-answering solutions.
  • Fine-tune or customize AI models when required.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, relevance, latency, and reliability.
  • Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and cost.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product teams.
  • Follow best practices for AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and model governance.
Primary Skills
  • Strong Python programming.
  • Generative AI and LLM development.
  • Prompt Engineering.
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
  • LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

  • Machine Learning and NLP fundamentals.
  • REST APIs and microservices.
  • Git and software development practices.

  • Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • MLOps and model deployment.
  • SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • AI agents and tool/function calling.
  • Knowledge of LLM evaluation and observability tools.
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience deploying Gen AI solutions in production.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale AI applications.
  • Knowledge of AI safety, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
